InEngage

Terms of Service

Effective 13 October 2026 · Version 1.1

These terms are an agreement between InEngage LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“InEngage”, “we”, “us”), and the person or business that creates an InEngage account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them. InEngage is for business use: you may use it only for a business, trade or profession, not for personal or household purposes. You confirm you may bind the business you use it for to these terms.

1. What InEngage is

InEngage is software for service businesses. It lets you take booking requests through a form, send quotes your customers accept on their own private page, record deposits and balances, plan jobs and crew, and, on the Premium plan, publish a website. Your customers do not need an account: each one opens their own private link.

InEngage records payments; it does not take or move money. Your customers pay you using the methods you accept, and you confirm each payment yourself. InEngage is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

2. Your account

3. Trial, plans and billing

4. Your content and your customers’ data

5. AI-assisted features

InEngage can research your business’s public Google listing and website to suggest your settings, and can draft text for your website. These suggestions can be wrong. Nothing an AI drafts is published until you confirm it, and you are responsible for checking it before you do.

6. Messages we send for you

InEngage emails your customers on your behalf (for example a new quote, a message from you or a booking change) and emails you when a customer acts. Replies go to the contact email you set for your business. InEngage does not send WhatsApp messages or SMS: where you choose WhatsApp, InEngage opens WhatsApp on your device with the words ready, and you send them.

7. Providers we use

InEngage uses other companies to run some of its features: Cloudflare for hosting, storage and bot checks, Resend for email, Anthropic and Firecrawl for AI-assisted set-up and website drafting, Google for business search and maps, and Polar for subscription billing. Some of these services have their own terms, which apply when you use them directly (for example Polar’s checkout and customer portal). We remain responsible for our obligations under these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement list each provider and the data it receives.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend an account or business that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep InEngage available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level agreement. We may improve or change features. If a change removes something you rely on in a significant way, we will tell you in advance.

10. Ending the agreement

11. Liability

InEngage is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees paid for InEngage, through our reseller Polar, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and compensate InEngage for third-party claims arising from Your Data or from your use of InEngage in breach of these terms or the law. We will tell you promptly about such a claim, let you control its defence and settlement (you may not settle in a way that admits fault for us without our agreement), and help you as you reasonably ask, at your cost.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the app. The version and effective date at the top show which terms apply.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. Questions: admin@inengage.com.
